Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours before the tour or no-shows: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking
All tours must be booked in advance through our website or by direct contact. Once the booking request is received, you will receive a confirmation message with all tour details.

Weather Conditions
Tours operate in all weather conditions. In case of extreme or unsafe weather, the tour may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Wine Tastings
Wine tasting fees at wineries are not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified. Guests will pay tasting fees directly at the wineries.

Responsibility
Ori Prosecco Driver provides transportation and guidance services. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle or at visited locations.

Pick-up & Drop-off
Pick-up and drop-off are included from Conegliano train station, Susegana train station, and hotels located in the Prosecco Hills area. Different pick-up locations may be available upon request.
